Advent Season

Join us as we prepare our hearts and minds for the coming of Christ. Our Advent services will feature special music, scripture readings, and reflections to help you experience the hope, peace, joy, and love of the season. SUNDAY, NOV. 30
John 2:1–11 is the story of Jesus’s first miracle at the wedding in Cana. Jesus
and his disciples were at a wedding with his mother when she found out the
wedding party had depleted the supply of wine for the guests. This was a calamity
in this period. Jesus changed the water in the wine casks into a fine-quality wine
for the remainder of the wedding. It demonstrates how Jesus changed an ordinary
problem into a blessing

Prayer: Dear heavenly father, provider of surprises, keep us mindful of your
blessings, even when expecting something different. Let us also be aware of
the needs of our brothers and sisters in our community and be the hands of
Jesus to them. Amen.
